How to Solve Your Morning Back Pain

Morning back pain is a terrible way to start your day. Yet millions of Americans start their days in pain!   • Bad Sleeping Posture – Having poor posture when sleeping is the most common cause of back pain. By Far, the worst position for sleeping is on your stomach. Our recommendation is that you sleep on your side.
  • Bad Mattress – Having a poor quality or old mattress is a recipe for back pain. Mattresses can get expensive, but if your mattress is at least 9 years old consider replacing it.
  • Bad Pillow – Neck pain often stems from having an unsupportive pillow.
  • Getting out of bed the wrong way – Not a lot of people know, but there is actually a way to get out of bed that takes the strain off your back!
